Zhang Yu, Vice-Director of the 14th National People's Congress of Tangshan City, Wei Wenna, Vice-Director of the 12th National People's Congress of Tangshan City, President of the Association of Old Scientific and Technological Workers of Tangshan City, Li Ji, Vice-Director-General of the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of Tangshan City, Yu Zhidong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Minister of Organization and Professor of Tangshan University, Chairman of the Tangshan Ceramic Association and Director of Changxia Jianshi, Dean of Art College of North China University of Technology, Doctoral Tutor, Professor Zhang Guangjun, Tangshan famous ceramic entrepreneur, cultural celebrity, former general manager of Tangshan Shengli Ceramics Group Wang Jiaxing, Tangshan bone porcelain expert, former director of Tangshan No.1 Ceramic Factory Ge Shilin, Tangshan Haigrei Bone Porcelain Co., Ltd. Bi Nanhai, a master of Chinese ceramic art, attended the conference.
The "Longchang Ceramic Cup" 2008 Tangshan Ceramic Industry Design Competition is a concrete action to implement the implementation plan of Tangshan Municipal Committee and government to promote the transformation and upgrading of Tangshan Ceramic Industry. It is also an effective measure to guide ceramic enterprises to create ceramic brands, improve the quality of ceramics and achieve high quality development. During the event, nearly 100 ceramic and related enterprises in the city responded to the call, organized seriously, overcome difficulties and introduced new products. Many ceramic design masters, ceramic artists, ceramic craftsmen and ceramic technicians dedicate their masterpieces.
This review involves three categories of household ceramic mug, art ceramics and sanitary ceramics. There are 12 series of tableware, coffee set, tea set, flower paper, porcelain painting, porcelain carving, firewood and so on. There are 150 sets. These exhibits are all new ceramic products designed and produced by the participants in 2018, including new formulations, new materials, new techniques, new models and new pictures. These porcelain works are white and transparent, glaze is bright and moist, elegant and beautiful shape, excellent production, give full play to the innovative ability of the participants in the design, reflects the characteristics of Tangshan, showing the market potential. The entries were evaluated by experts, and 10 gold medals, 10 silver and 18 bronze medals were selected. In the award-winning works, experts have selected four new ceramic products from Longchang porcelain industry, Asian era, Chunlei art ceramics and Hengrui ceramics for special issue.
